Job summary

Choctaw Defense Services (CDS) seeks an experienced Maintenance Program Lead/GFEBS PM Coordinator Lead to support mission-critical installation operations at Fort Stewart, GA. The role administers the GFEBS Preventive Maintenance program, performs PM-related transactions, and coordinates scheduling to ensure accurate tracking and compliant execution.

Qualifications

Three+ years of GFEBS experience on a military installation.
At least one year supporting an Operations & Maintenance contract exceeding $10 million annually.

Responsibilities

Establish and manage the GFEBS Preventive Maintenance Program for the installation.
Perform GFEBS transactions supporting master data management, MRP, PM orders, work order approval and maintenance, maintenance reporting, goods receipt processing.
Coordinate preventive maintenance scheduling and work order workflows with functional area leads.
Ensure accurate tracking, documentation, and closeout of maintenance activities within GFEBS.
Serve as the contractor’s primary GFEBS point of contact with the COR and ACOR.
Maintain required GFEBS system access roles and support ongoing program compliance.
