Getaway Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and people-focused Getaway Coordinator to support onboarding, learning, and ongoing development within a remote team environment. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys teaching others, communicating clearly, organizing information, and helping people build confidence as they learn new skills and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding and orientation for new team members
• Support the coordination and delivery of virtual training sessions
• Help team members understand processes, tools, resources, and available systems
• Provide guidance and follow-up as individuals progress through training
• Assist with organizing training materials, resources, and educational content
• Communicate upcoming training opportunities and development activities
• Answer questions and help direct team members to appropriate resources

• Assist with identifying areas where additional training or clarification may be helpful
