Job summary

Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts is seeking a Get Real Educator to support youth sexual health education through the GRTC program and curriculum delivery. You will facilitate youth leadership, deliver workshops, and partner with schools and community organizations across the assigned region.

The role involves weekly meetings, evening hours, some weekend work, and travel. A Bachelor's degree and experience with youth education are required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 1+ year of experience teaching, facilitation, or delivering programming to youth.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with high school-aged youth preferred.
  • Sexual health or sexuality education experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
  • Access to reliable transportation or ability to travel independently.
  • Ability to work regular evening hours and occasional weekends.
  • Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Our mission: ensure everyone in Massachusetts has access to compassionate, judgment-free care and education. We operate four health centers and offer telehealth statewide as part of a network of 600 Planned Parenthood affiliates nationwide.

About the Role

The Get Real Educator plays a key role in supporting youth sexual health education and leadership development through the Get Real Teen Council (GRTC) program and Get Real curriculum implementation. This position facilitates youth leadership programming, delivers educational workshops, and partners with schools, community organizations, and after-school programs to expand access to evidence-based sexuality education.

The Get Real Educator works collaboratively with youth, educators, community partners, and internal teams to support adolescent health education initiatives and strengthen community engagement across an assigned region.

Your Day to Day:

$25.11 - $25.11 an hour

This position is part of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Salary is based on a 37.5 hour work week.
