Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years.
• Have one successful pregnancy.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• BMI under 30.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical, legal and emotional support to intended parents and surrogates throughout the journey.
• Participate in the surrogacy process with the agency and healthcare partners.
• Collaborate with a dedicated case manager to ensure timely payments and milestones.
• Engage in the community and attend monthly support meetings as requested.
