Surrogates receive base compensation ranging from $40,000 to $100,000+, plus monthly allowances and signing bonuses; experienced surrogates may earn $120,000+ with additional stipends for milestones. You must meet state eligibility and health requirements.

Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old.
• Have one successful pregnancy.
• US Citizen / Permanent Resident.
• BMI (body mass index) under 30.

Responsibilities

• Work with a surrogacy agency to support intended parents through the journey.
• Attend monthly support meetings for surrogates.
• Have a dedicated case manager and 24-hour emergency support line.
• All payments and intake processes are managed by the agency to ensure on-time payments.
