Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old
• Have one successful pregnancy
• US Citizen / Permanent Resident
• BMI (body mass index) Under 30

Responsibilities

• Assist intended parents through the surrogacy journey with care and professionalism
• Coordinate medical, legal, and emotional support in partnership with the agency
• Attend the agency intake process and work with your dedicated case manager to ensure timely payments and a smooth process
