Qualifications

• US Citizen or Permanent Resident
• One successful pregnancy
• Willing to collaborate with medical, legal, and emotional support teams

Responsibilities

• Assist intended parents through the surrogacy journey with support from the agency
• Maintain open communication with case managers
• Attend medical and legal steps coordinated by the agency
