Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old.
• BMI (body mass index) under 30.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Have one successful pregnancy.

Responsibilities

• Carry a pregnancy for intended parents as part of the surrogacy journey.
• Attend required medical appointments and procedures as directed by the agency.
• Maintain health and communicate with the agency throughout the process.
