Qualifications

• BMI under 30 is required.
• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident.
• Ages 21–39 at time of surrogacy.
• Must have had one successful pregnancy.

Responsibilities

• Assist intended parents through the surrogacy journey with agency support.
• Attend monthly surrogate support meetings and participate in the program.
• Coordinate with your case manager and the agency throughout the process.
