Qualifications

• Be between 21-39 years old.
• BMI under 30.
• Have one successful pregnancy.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Provide gestational surrogacy services in coordination with agency guidelines.
• Work with the agency through intake, medical, legal, and emotional support processes.
• Ensure payments and important milestones are managed with the dedicated support staff.
