Becoming a surrogate includes extensive support, a dedicated case manager, and ongoing access to a 24-hour emergency line. Eligible candidates are healthy, US citizens or permanent residents aged 21 to 39 and with a prior successful pregnancy.

• BMI under 30

Responsibilities

• Assist with the surrogacy journey under agency guidance.
