Qualified candidates are healthy, between 21 and 39, with BMI under 30 and at least one successful pregnancy. Our team provides guidance at every step, with ongoing monthly support and a dedicated case manager.

• US citizen or permanent resident.
• Must have had at least one successful pregnancy.

Responsibilities

• Engage in the surrogacy journey with the support of a full-service agency.
• Follow medical, legal, and emotional guidance provided throughout the process.
• Maintain communication with your case manager and attend support sessions.
