Applicants should be healthy, between 21 and 39 years old, with BMI under 30, US citizenship or permanent residency, and at least one successful prior pregnancy.

Qualifications

• Healthy adult female within 21–39 years of age.
• BMI under 30 at time of enrollment.
• US citizen or permanent resident.
• At least one prior successful pregnancy.
• Willing to collaborate with an agency and medical team.

Responsibilities

• Undergo medical and psychological screening as part of the surrogacy process.
• Follow medical protocols and attend required appointments.
• Collaborate with intended parents, legal team, and agency staff.
• Maintain open communication and adhere to contract terms.
