Conceptual Options is seeking compassionate gestational surrogates in the United States to help intended parents build their families. Surrogates receive extensive medical, legal and emotional support, with a comprehensive compensation package and ongoing monthly allowances.

Eligible candidates are healthy, between 21 and 39 years old, US citizens or permanent residents, and must have had one successful pregnancy.

Qualifications

• Must be healthy and able to participate as a gestational surrogate.
• Must be within 21–39 years of age.
• BMI under 30 as per program guidelines.
• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident.

Responsibilities

• Provide gestational surrogacy services to intended parents.
• Follow agency protocols for medical, legal and emotional support.
• Maintain regular communication with your case manager and the support team.
