Eligible candidates are aged 21–39, with BMI under 30 and at least one prior pregnancy, and US citizenship or permanent residency. The agency provides medical, legal, and emotional support, plus ongoing payment schedules and a dedicated case manager.

Qualifications

• Must be 21-39 years old and have at least one successful pregnancy.
• BMI under 30 and US citizen or permanent resident.
• Willing to complete a medical and legal process through a surrogacy agency.

Responsibilities

• Provide gestational surrogacy services with comprehensive medical, legal, and emotional support.
• Maintain communication with the assigned case manager to ensure smooth progress and timely payments.
• Attend monthly support meetings and follow agency guidelines throughout the journey.
