Qualifications

• Must be between 21 and 39 years old.
• Must have had at least one successful pregnancy.
• US citizen or permanent resident.
• Body mass index (BMI) under 30.

Responsibilities

• Provide gestational surrogacy services with agency support throughout medical, legal, and emotional aspects.
• Maintain open communication with intended parents and the agency.
• Attend monthly support meetings and coordinate with your case manager.
