Qualifications

• Age 21–39 years old.
• BMI under 30.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Have one successful pregnancy.

Responsibilities

• Support intended parents throughout the surrogacy journey.
• Maintain health and wellness during pregnancy.
• Coordinate with agency for medical, legal and emotional support.
• Follow intake process and ensure timely payments.
