Qualifications

• Must be between 21-39 years old
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Have at least one successful pregnancy
• BMI under 30

Responsibilities

• Participate in the gestational surrogacy process with support from the agency
• Attend medical appointments as required by the program
• Coordinate with the agency for payments and paperwork
