Benefits include a base compensation range of $40,000–$100,000, plus monthly allowances and bonuses, along with additional stipends for maternity clothing, housekeeping, and embryo transfer-related payments.

Qualifications

• Age range 21–39 years
• BMI under 30
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency
• One successful pregnancy previously
• Willingness to work with a surrogacy agency

Responsibilities

• Support intended parents by participating as a gestational surrogate
• Engage with medical, legal, and emotional support processes coordinated by the agency
• Follow the surrogate journey from intake to post-delivery with dedicated case managers
