Conceptual Options is seeking compassionate gestational surrogates to join our surrogacy program in the United States. You will work with a trusted agency to help intended parents build their families, with comprehensive medical, legal, and emotional support and a generous compensation package.

Surrogates may receive base compensation, monthly allowances, signing bonuses, and other payments. The process is tailored to individual needs, with ongoing support and a dedicated case manager throughout

Qualifications

• Healthy, compassionate woman committed to surrogacy process.
• BMI under 30 and US citizen or permanent resident.
• Age between 21 and 39 years old.
• Has had one successful pregnancy.

Responsibilities

• Participate in gestational surrogacy journey with agency guidance.
• Engage with medical, legal, and emotional support throughout the process.
• Attend monthly support meetings and work with a dedicated case manager.
• Ensure payments are received on time via virtual intake process.
