Qualifications

• US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• BMI (body mass index) under 30.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical, legal, and emotional support through the surrogacy journey.
• Follow agency guidance and participate in the intake process.
• Work with the surrogate team to ensure timely payments and a supportive experience.
