Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old.

• US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• BMI under 30.

Responsibilities

• Carry and care for the pregnancy as agreed with the intended parents.

• Collaborate with your case manager to ensure timely payments and updates.
