Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old.
• Have one successful pregnancy.
• BMI under 30.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Carry a pregnancy for intended parents as part of the surrogacy journey.
• Follow medical, legal, and emotional support processes provided by the agency.
• Maintain eligibility and cooperate with the agency’s intake and payment processes.
