Qualifications

• Must be healthy and maintain BMI under 30
• Must be US citizen or permanent resident
• Ages 21–39 years old or within local guidelines
• Must have at least one successful pregnancy

Responsibilities

• Participate in gestational surrogacy journey with medical, legal, and emotional support
• Attend required medical screenings and follow care plans
• Collaborate with the agency and intended parents to ensure a smooth process
