Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old.
• Have one successful pregnancy.
• BMI under 30.
• US citizen or permanent resident.

Responsibilities

• Carry pregnancies for intended parents as part of the surrogacy journey.
• Follow medical, legal, and agency guidance with support from staff.
• Maintain open communication with your case manager and the agency.
• Ensure timely receipt and processing of payments through the agency.
