Qualifications

• Be between 21 and 39 years old.
• BMI under 30.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Have at least one successful pregnancy.
• Willing to participate in medical, legal, and emotional support processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide gestational surrogacy services to help families.
• Follow medical, legal, and emotional support guidance from the agency.
• Attend monthly support meetings and maintain communication with a dedicated case manager.
• Ensure timely payments via agency processes.
