Qualifications

• Must be a healthy woman
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident
• BMI under 30
• Between ages 21-39 years old
• Have one successful pregnancy

Responsibilities

• Participate in the surrogacy journey with medical, legal, and emotional support from the agency.
• Maintain communication with the intended parents and case manager.
• Attend medical appointments as scheduled and comply with program protocols
