Eligible candidates are healthy women aged 21–39 who have had at least one successful pregnancy, have a BMI under 30, and are US citizens or permanent residents.

Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old.
• Have one successful pregnancy.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• BMI (body mass index) under 30.

Responsibilities

• Provide surrogacy journey with medical, legal and emotional support from the agency.
• Ensure eligibility and participate in the process as guided by the agency.
• Attend monthly support meetings and work with a dedicated case manager.
• Maintain timely payments and work with 24-hour emergency support line.
