Qualified candidates should be healthy, aged 21–39, with at least one prior pregnancy, a BMI under 30, and US citizenship or permanent residency. This position is managed through our agency with dedicated case management and 24/7 support.

Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old.
• Have one successful pregnancy.
• US Citizen / Permanent Resident.
• BMI (body mass index) under 30.

Responsibilities

• Support the intended parents through the surrogacy journey with medical, legal, and emotional guidance.
• Collaborate with a surrogacy agency to ensure smooth processes and on-time payments.
• Maintain communication with your designated case manager and participate in monthly support meetings.
