Qualifications

• Must be age 21–39 and have at least one prior pregnancy.
• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident.
• BMI under 30.
• Demonstrates health and compassion for others.
• Willing to engage in medical, legal and emotional support processes.

Responsibilities

• Carry a pregnancy to term to help intended parents build their families.
• Participate in the surrogacy process with medical, legal and emotional support from the agency.
• Remain in contact with your case manager and attend required program milestones.
