• US Citizen / Permanent Resident
• BMI (body mass index) under 30

Responsibilities

• Undertake the surrogacy journey with comprehensive medical, legal, and emotional support from the agency.
• Attend the intake process with a dedicated case manager and utilise the 24-hour emergency support line.
