Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old.
• Have one successful pregnancy.
• BMI under 30.

Responsibilities

• Participate in gestational surrogacy journey with agency guidance.
• Undergo medical, legal, and emotional support processes as directed.
• Maintain communication with assigned case manager and support staff.
