Qualifications

• Must be between ages 21-39 years old.
• BMI under 30.
• Have one successful pregnancy.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Join our surrogacy program and work with agency guidance.
• Coordinate with medical, legal, and emotional support teams.
• Maintain ongoing communication with your case manager and support staff.
