Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old.
• Must have one successful pregnancy.
• US citizen or permanent resident status.
• BMI within healthy range (under 30).

Responsibilities

• Participate in gestational surrogacy journeys with medical, legal and emotional support from the agency.
• Collaborate with the agency and intended parents to ensure a smooth process.
