Qualifications

• Have one successful pregnancy.
• US Citizen / Permanent Resident.
• BMI (body mass index) under 30.

Responsibilities

• Support intended parents through the surrogacy journey and agency processes.
• Attend medical appointments and follow the prescribed surrogate care plan.
• Maintain timely, transparent communication with the agency, medical team, and intended parents.
• Adhere to all medical, legal, and ethical guidelines throughout the surrogacy journey.
