• US citizen or permanent resident.
• Eligible to participate in assisted reproduction processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive medical, legal, and emotional support throughout the journey.
• Maintain open communication with intended parents and the agency.
• Attend required medical appointments and screenings as scheduled.
