A leading company in the food industry is seeking a part-time GES Picker for their automated warehouse. The role involves various warehouse duties, including monitoring machines, picking products, and maintaining cleanliness. Ideal candidates are physically capable and available for flexible shifts, including weekends.
Our Geographic Enterprise Solutions (GES) Pickers are critical to our success at FritoLay! GES Pickers are responsible for a variety of warehouse duties in our state-of-the-art automated warehouse referred to as Geographic Enterprise Solutions. Although you will start out as a GES Picker for FritoLay, we are investing in helping you grow with us. This job can open the door to career opportunities with us or our parent company, PepsiCo. In this role, here are some of the frequent tasks you will be doing:
Our facility operates 24 hours a day, so your schedule may vary. This role is physically demanding, requiring you to be on your feet throughout your shift. If you are new to warehouse environments, please note that the job involves standing, climbing, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, stretching, and handling products repeatedly, with or without reasonable accommodations. You must be willing and able to work at heights using ladders or lifts, and in environments with extreme temperatures, humidity, loud equipment, and slippery surfaces.
