GES Picker/Loader - Warehouse Material Handler - Part-Time

• Work Schedule: Start time: 11:30 AM; End time: 5:30 PM; 6th Shift 11:30am - 5:30pm (6hrs/day); Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday OFF

Our Geographic Enterprise Solutions (GES) Picker/Loaders are essential to our success at FritoLay! GES Picker/Loaders handle various warehouse duties in our advanced automated warehouse called Geographic Enterprise Solutions. While you will start as a GES Picker/Loader, we are committed to supporting your growth within our company or with our parent, PepsiCo. Your typical tasks will include:

1. Monitoring label/print machines to prevent jams
2. Operating auto case erector (ACE)
3. Organizing and recycling cartons, and re-integrating usable cartons into the GES system
4. Handling and storing products properly throughout the warehouse and trailers
5. Picking products according to orders using required technology
6. Loading trailers with carts or stacking cases inside trucks
7. Assisting with weekly product inventory and distribution
8. Performing housekeeping and sanitation tasks, such as sweeping, cleaning trailers, or trash removal

Note that our facility operates 24/7, so shifts may vary, and the role is physically demanding. Candidates should be prepared to stand for long periods and work in environments with temperature extremes, humidity, loud or hazardous equipment, and slippery surfaces. Minimum qualifications include:

• Being 18 years or older
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and off-shift hours
• Ability to lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without accommodations
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, reach, kneel, and stretch for extended periods
• Willingness to work at heights using ladders or lifts
• Comfort working in challenging environmental conditions
