The role offers remote, flexible hours with asynchronous collaboration and task-based goals. Prior experience in voice acting, narration, or dubbing is preferred, and a professional home studio is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or similar fields.
• Fluent in German with a strong command of natural, expressive spoken delivery.
• Equipped with a high-quality microphone and a quiet, professional recording environment.
• Attentive to nuance in tone, pacing, and pronunciation during evaluations.
• No AI background required.

Responsibilities

• Record high-quality German voice samples from provided scripts and prompts.
• Evaluate AI-generated speech for naturalness, pronunciation, tone, and expressiveness.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to improve AI-generated audio outputs.
• Review and refine scripts to ensure clarity and authentic delivery.
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule.
