Mercor seeks experienced scientists and engineers fluent in German to help train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks. You’ll work in realistic digital workspaces with documents, spreadsheets, email, chat and industry tools to create and review the kinds of tasks you handle in your own job.

Formación

• Experience as a scientist or engineer in research or industry.
• Native or fluent in German.
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution in Germany.
• Comfortable with quantitative analysis, technical documentation and engineering problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks in digital workspaces.
• Write and review realistic tasks in German grounded in local practice and terminology.
• Identify and correct mistakes in AI work, ensuring alignment with professional standards.
