Job summary

SNI, a trusted IT outsourcing partner, is seeking a Software Test/QA Engineer to translate business needs into detailed test specifications and manage requirements and defects. You will design and run unit, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end tests for enterprise banking portals, and validate microfrontend UIs built with React and TypeScript.

You will test REST APIs and Kafka backends built on Java Spring Boot and Kotlin, build automated test suites using Playwright, Gauge, Cucumber,

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English required.
• Several years of experience as Software Test/QA Engineer with BA background.
• Experience testing React/TypeScript microfrontends and Java/Kotlin/Spring Boot APIs.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into detailed specifications and manage open requirements and defect tracking.
• Design and run unit, integration, system, regression, and E2E tests for enterprise banking portals.
• Validate microfrontend UIs built with React and TypeScript.
• Test REST APIs and Kafka event-driven backends built on Java Spring Boot and Kotlin.
• Build automated test suites using Playwright, Gauge, Cucumber, or Selenium and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) teams as the link between business stakeholders and development.
