Job summary

OpenTAS Internal Jobs is seeking a Project Manager to own complex IT software implementations across the DACH region and beyond. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage scope, risks, and schedules, and ensure delivery from initiation to go-live in dynamic environments.

The role requires German language proficiency, willingness to travel 10–20%, and practical experience with Jira and IT project methodologies.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Informatics, Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years IT project management experience, ideally in software implementations.
• Understanding of TMS/MES systems is a big plus.
• Oil & Gas or related process industry experience is advantageous.
• Native-level proficiency in German.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT software implementations for DACH region and internationally.
• Manage requirement analysis, configuration, integration testing, and go-live phases.
• Coordinate with Operations, IT, Engineering stakeholders.
• Apply best practice project management methodologies using Jira.
