Job summary
Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Digital Trust and Safety Specialist to help maintain safe online communities. Fluent in German with strong English skills, you will review content, investigate policy violations, and enforce platform rules as part of an international team.
Relocation to Bulgaria is supported with company-arranged accommodation and comprehensive training. You will contribute to building a safer online environment and join a growing Trust & Safety practice within a globally
Qualifications
- Fluency in German (spoken and written).
- Good command of English (minimum B2).
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex guidelines.
- Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria.
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Bulgaria.
- Experience in content moderation or trust & safety is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Review user-generated content for policy compliance.
- Identify and investigate potential risks and violations.
- Enforce platform policies and contribute to safe online communities.
- Collaborate with international teams to protect users.
