Mercier Consultancy is looking for a dedicated German Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Online Shopping Platforms Department for one of our clients. In this exciting Entry Level role, you will provide exceptional support to our German-speaking customers, assisting them with their online shopping inquiries and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.

Your fluency in German will be essential as you guide clients through our e-commerce platform, helping them with product information, order statuses, and resolving any issues they may encounter. You will play a vital role in fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty within our online retail operations.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer service in German via phone, email, and chat regarding online shopping inquiries
  • Assist customers with product details, order tracking, and returns
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and issue resolution
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve our services

Qualifications
