In this dynamic Entry Level role, you will provide exceptional support to our German-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to our digital marketing services and SEO solutions.

Your fluency in German will be essential as you engage with clients to address their questions, resolve issues, and provide guidance on optimizing their online presence. As a key member of our team, you will play an important role in building strong relationships with clients and fostering their success in the digital landscape.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer service in German via phone, email, and chat regarding digital marketing and SEO services
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to service offerings, campaign management, and performance analytics
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with digital marketing teams to ensure timely response and resolution of client inquiries
