Position Overview

This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, with relocation assistance provided. Epic develops software that impacts the lives of 305 million people worldwide. As a Quality Manager, you will collaborate with developers to craft intuitive tools, test new features, identify bugs, and ensure our software remains user-friendly.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare technical documentation, training materials, and related written content in German and English.
2. Contribute to localization, quality assurance, and the development of consistent technical terminology.
3. Work closely with implementation, technical support, and sales teams to produce innovative healthcare software for German-speaking organizations.
4. Test software limits for leading health systems globally.

Qualifications

• Relocation to Madison, WI (reimbursed).
• Excellent proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience translating from American English to German is preferred.
• Ability to maintain appropriate tone, feeling, and style in translations.
• Knowledge of Epic software is not required; training will be provided.
• COVID-19 vaccination required.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship (TN status under NAFTA is acceptable).
