Position Overview

Testing software that saves lives. Join the Quality Management team at Epic and become the last line of defense for software impacting 305 million people worldwide. As a Quality Manager, you'll collaborate with developers, craft intuitive tools for health organizations, test new features, identify bugs, and improve software usability.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare technical documentation, training materials, and related written content in German and English.
2. Support localization efforts, quality assurance, and maintain technical terminology.
3. Work with implementation, technical support, and sales teams to produce innovative software solutions for German-speaking healthcare organizations.
4. Test and ensure the quality of Epic's software products.

Qualifications

• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience translating from American English into German is preferred.
• Ability to maintain appropriate tone, feeling, and style in translations.
• Knowledge of Epic software is not required; training will be provided.
• COVID-19 vaccination required.
• Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship (TN status under NAFTA is acceptable).
• Willingness to relocate to Madison, WI (relocation expenses reimbursed).
