Position Overview

Epic is seeking a German Quality Manager to join our Quality Management team at our campus in Madison, WI. This role involves testing software that impacts the lives of 305 million people worldwide, working closely with developers to ensure software quality, and crafting technical documentation to support localization and quality assurance efforts.

Responsibilities

1. Test and ensure the quality of Epic's software products.
2. Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams.
3. Prepare technical documentation, training materials, and support localization efforts.
4. Work with clinical, administrative, and financial product teams for German-speaking healthcare organizations.

Qualifications

1. Excellent knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.
2. Experience translating from American English into German is strongly preferred.
3. Ability to maintain appropriate tone, feeling, and style in translations.
4. Relocation to Madison, WI, with reimbursed expenses.
5. COVID-19 vaccination required.
6. Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship (TN status under NAFTA is a plus).
