Job summary

Welo Global is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Specialist to support an AI data annotation project. You will review Trainers' work, including questions, images, and golden answers, to confirm accuracy, consistency and adherence to guidelines.

This freelance, remote-friendly role offers 20 hours per week and long-term collaboration. Ideal candidates are meticulous, with strong German language skills and the ability to provide clear feedback in English, identify errors, and escalate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Native/strong German proficiency.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good visual observation and reading comprehension.
• Strong written English communication for feedback.
• Experience in QA, data labeling, or editing is a plus.
• Reliable access to a computer and internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Review completed tasks submitted by Trainers, including the original question, the image, and the golden answer provided.
• Independently verify whether the golden answer is correct based on the image.
• Identify and flag incorrect, incomplete, ambiguous, or inconsistent answers.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback or corrections to help maintain data quality.
• Track recurring error patterns and report them to the project team.
• Ensure Trainer output meets the project's quality bar before final sign‑off.
• Escalate unclear cases to the project team for resolution.
