Job summary

Avomind is seeking a Junior Marketing Manager to drive content relevance, engagement and performance. You will turn platform trends into briefs, plan creator activations in German-speaking markets, and leverage performance data to optimize outcomes.

You will collaborate with the Partnerships Manager, influencer team, and Performance Marketing to scale campaigns across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. Strong German and English skills, plus a passion for health/ longevity, are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English, written and spoken.
• 1–2 years in high-performance marketing, consulting, or growth environments preferred.
• Strong ability to track and report campaign metrics in sheets.
• Experience with influencer/creator marketing and platform trends.
• Familiar with AI tools for marketing productivity.

Responsibilities

• Follow creator trends on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, in DACH and beyond.
• Turn insights into concrete briefs for creators.
• Provide actionable feedback to creators pre- and post-publish.
• Own activation concepts and end-to-end delivery with creators.
• Coordinate activations with Partnerships Manager and influencer team.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing for paid amplification.
